Return & Refund Policy

At xiaohenshizhenx Solutions Ltd., we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for order cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been prepared for shipment. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Certain products may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product characteristics (e.g., personalized items).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Refunds will be issued for the product price only and do not include original shipping charges, except in cases where the return results from our error. For items purchased during promotional periods, only the actual amount paid will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and proof of return shipment. We will investigate the matter and keep you informed throughout the resolution process.
